MODSIM2025: Call for Papers

The International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM) is a premier event for modelling and simulation professionals. MODSIM2025 will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from Sunday 30 November to Thursday 4 December 2025.

The conference theme is "Modelling for positive change: Bridging science and society."

Submission Information

• Abstract/Paper Submission Portal: Abstract submissions for MODSIM2025
• Contribution Types: You can submit either 1-2 page abstracts or 7-page full papers.
• Submission Format: Please ensure you use the correct templates provided on the MODSIM2025 website. Abstracts submitted without the correct template will not be accepted.
• Author Limits: A maximum of two submissions per author is allowed, with the condition that one is a poster and one is an oral submission.
• Review Process: Full papers will be reviewed by two independent reviewers, and abstracts will be reviewed by the session organiser. Revisions may be required for both.

Important Dates

• Call for Session Proposals closed on 28 February 2025.
• Submissions for acceptance to enable Early bird registration closes 30 June 2025.
• Call for abstracts or full papers opens late March 2025.
• Submission of full papers for peer review closes 15 August 2025.
• Submission of abstracts closes 27 August 2025.
• Conference program available from 1 November 2025.
