WINCOM 2025: Call for Papers

The 12th International Conference on Wireless Networks and Mobile Communications (WINCOM 2025) will be held from November 25-27, 2025, at the Arab Open University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The conference theme is "Global smart connectivity".

WINCOM 2025 is a premier platform for the exchange of innovative ideas, in-depth discussions on solutions, and the sharing of invaluable experiences among researchers and professionals from academia and industry, invested in wireless networks and mobile communications. Scholarly contributions presented at WINCOM 2025 will undergo rigorous scrutiny for submission to IEEExplore, with the aim of securing indexation within the esteemed digital library. Furthermore, these submissions will be presented to renowned indexing services such as SCOPUS, ISI, DBLP, and other leading platforms. Papers demonstrating outstanding merit may be recommended for inclusion in a special issue of select international journals.

Demo-Hackathon

WINCOM 2025 welcomes proposals for demonstrations of research prototypes and novel applications. The conference will provide a forum for PhD students and early career researchers to showcase their prototypes. Submissions for hackathon ideas are also encouraged. The best demo and hackathon winners will be presented at the closing ceremony.

Social Event

A visit to Mecca for Umrah will be organized on the final day of the conference for interested participants. Further details will be shared by the end of July 2025.

Publication

Selected papers will be recommended for publication in a special issue of select international journals. Discussions are ongoing with various international journals for prospective publication.
