Submission Guidelines
- Authors must adhere to the IEEE conference written paper format (including paper title, authors and affiliations, figures, and references).
- Submit draft versions of the paper for review before the due submission deadlines through the PaperCept submission system.
- It is strongly recommended to use the provided IEEE templates in MS Word and LaTeX format. Use Letter page size.
- Do not modify the style or format of the templates under any circumstances.
- Submit only original work, not previously published or copyrighted, and not submitted elsewhere.
- The conference utilizes a single-blind review process.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference, either by the authors themselves or via proxy. Unpresented papers will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be available in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
- Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in conference proceedings, eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
- Papers will also be submitted to Scopus for indexing after the conference.
Submission Templates
