SOMET 2025: Call for Papers

The 24th International Conference on Intelligent Software Methodologies, Tools, and Techniques (SOMET 2025) will be held in Kitakyushu, Japan, from September 23-26, 2025.

About SOMET 2025

The SOMET conference highlights and reflects the state-of-art and new trends on software methodologies, tools and techniques. It serves as a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences to foster new directions in software development methodologies and related tools and techniques. The conference focuses on exploring innovations, controversies, and challenges facing the Software Engineering community today, bringing together theory and experience to propose and evaluate solutions to Software Engineering problems.

SOMET 2025 will select some papers to receive a Best Paper Award. Each award will come with a certificate.

Author Instructions

• Submissions must be made through the Conference's EasyChair system: SOMET 2025 Submission Link.
• Papers would be submitted through CMT.
• In case of acceptance, the Camera-Ready copy should be up to 14 A4 pages for Regular paper, and up to 10 pages for Short papers.
• The final Camera-Ready copy should be in IOS format and will be included in the Book series: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications and distributed at the conference. This series is indexed in SCOPUS and selected by the Elsevier databases coverage.
