The IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC) is a flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society, taking place from March 24-27, 2025, in Milan, Italy. The conference theme is "6G Horizons: Bridging Beyond Wireless" and it is an in-person event designed to bring together researchers from academia, industry, and government.
IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC) 2025: Call for Papers
The IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC) 2025 will be held from 24–27 March 2025 at Mico Milano Congressi, Milan, Italy. The conference theme is "6G Horizons: Bridging Beyond Wireless".
WCNC is a top-ranked, flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society, bringing together researchers from academia, industry, and government. IEEE WCNC 2025 will be conducted in person, allowing attendees to fully benefit from the conference atmosphere and experience.
Prospective authors are invited to submit their works in the form of research papers describing significant and innovative contributions to the field of wireless communications and networking.

Submission Guidelines
- Contribution Types: Authors are invited to submit research papers, proposals for tutorials and workshops.
- Publication: Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE WCNC 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.
- Presentation Requirement: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED rate and present the paper at the conference. Failure to present may result in the paper being excluded from distribution.
- Submission System: All submissions must be done through EDAS. A link to the Call for Papers page is available href="https://wcnc2025.ieee-wcnc.org/call-papers" - here .
- Initial Submission Length: A maximum of SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font) is allowed for initial submissions. Submissions longer than six pages will be rejected without review.
- Final Submission Length: A maximum of SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures. Up to two (2) additional printed pages (7th and 8th pages) are permitted with an over length page charge of US$100 for each extra page.
- Formatting: Papers must adhere to the Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX or Microsoft Word (A4, US letter). Templates can be downloaded href="https://wcnc2025.ieee-wcnc.org/authors/instructions-final-paper-submissions" - here .
- Author List: The author list and paper title on the submitted PDF file must exactly match the details on the EDAS registration page, including all co-authors. The author list cannot be changed in the final manuscript.
- File Format: Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
- Policies: IEEE policies on plagiarism and double submission are strictly enforced. Papers must be original work and not submitted elsewhere concurrently.
