The IFIP/IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Management (IM) 2025 will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, from May 12-16, 2025, under the theme "Managing the Wave to Global Connectivity." The symposium is the IEEE Communications Society's primary forum for technical exchange on network and service management.
Call for Technical Session Papers
The 2025 IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS 2025) will be held 12-16 May, 2025, in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
NOMS 2025 seeks contributions presenting recent developments and technical solutions for dealing with the management of various networks and services. The program will be under the theme of "Managing the Wave to Global Connectivity" and will feature a variety of sessions, including keynotes, tutorials as well as technical, experience, demo, poster, panel, and dissertation sessions.

Paper Submission Guidelines
- Authors are invited to submit original contributions, written in English, that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
- Technical papers must be formatted using the IEEE 2-column format.
- Full paper submissions should not exceed 8 pages (excluding references).
- Short paper submissions should not exceed 4 pages (excluding references).
- All papers should be submitted through JEMS3 at https://jems3.sbc.org.br/noms2025.
All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore. Authors of the best accepted papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers to IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management (TNSM).
