WORLDCOMP 2025: Call for Papers

The 2025 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing (WORLDCOMP) will be held July 21-24, 2025 in Las Vegas, USA. This year's Congress will be held in person (face-to-face); however, online presentation options will also be available for authors and speakers who are unable to attend physically.

Overview

WORLDCOMP is a large annual gathering of researchers in computer science, computer engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, STEM, and applied computing. It anticipates attendees from about 75 countries and territories.

All accepted papers will be published by Springer Nature and indexed in major Science Citation Indexation databases, including:

• Authors of ACCEPTED papers will later receive specific typesetting instructions to prepare their final versions using the standard Springer Nature format:

First Page Requirements:

• Title of the paper
• Name, affiliation, City, Country, and email address of each author (identify the Contact Author).
• Abstract (between 100 and 120 words)
• A maximum of 6 topical keywords (Indexed Terms)
• Type of the submission: "Regular Research Paper", "Short Research Paper", or "Extended Abstract/Poster Research Paper".

Important Dates

Extended Deadlines (Revolving)

The conference operates on a revolving deadline with Fast-Track Evaluation (FTE).

• Submission of Papers: Revolving date (but no later than July 12, 2025)
• Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: About one week AFTER the date of submission.
• Registration: Authors of accepted papers will find the registration deadline in their notification of acceptance.
• Final Papers for Publication: August 30, 2025 (Springer Nature will send upload links around this date)
• Non-Author/Non-Speaker Attendee Registration: July 10, 2025
