Submission Guidelines

• Maximum Characters: 2,500 characters including spaces.
• Tables/Pictures: No tables or pictures are allowed.
• Authors: Authors and institution must be named. The presenter (or presenting author) must be indicated.
• Brand Names: Abstracts cannot contain or mention brand or proprietary names of a medical product. You will be asked to edit the abstract if this is the case.

Abstract Publication

All accepted abstracts will be published online on the congress website and in the journal Maturitas.

Important Dates

• Abstract submission open: October 17, 2024
• Abstract submission deadline: February 4, 2025
• Opening of online services (Registration / Accommodation): Mid-November 2024
• EMAS Congress: May 14 – 16, 2025
