ArtsIT 2025: Call for Papers

ArtsIT brings together a diverse international community of researchers, practitioners, artists, and academics from various disciplines to explore the dynamic relationship between art and information technology. Artistic practice utilizing digital media serves as a means of analyzing and critically reflecting on the influence of technology on our lives, culture, and society, while also fostering discussions on sustainability, responsibility, and human dignity.

Submission Guidelines
- Submission Platform: Papers should be submitted through EAI ‘Confy+‘ system: https://confyplus.eai.eu/app#conftrack-overview/cid/53407
- Paper Length:
- Regular papers: up to 12-20 pages in length.
- Short papers: 6-11 pages in length.
- Language: Papers should be in English.
- Review Process: Double-Blind Review. Papers have to be submitted anonymously.
- Originality: Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal.
- Formatting: Papers must be formatted using the Springer LNICST Authors’ Kit. Instructions and templates are available from Springer’s LNICST homepage.
- LaTeX2e Proceedings Templates (zip)
- Microsoft Word Proceedings Templates (zip)
- Authors are required to craft Alternative Text (Alt Text) for all figures, illustrations, tables, and images as per new EU accessibility requirements.
- Ethics: Authors are required to adhere to the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
- Submission Closing: Submission closes at 23:59 UTC on the day of the Submission Deadline.
Publication
All registered and presented papers will be submitted for publishing by Springer – LNICST series and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library. This series is indexed in leading indexing services, including Web of Science, Compendex, Scopus, DBLP, EU Digital Library, IO-Port, MatchSciNet, Inspec, and Zentralblatt MATH.
Available Journals
Accepted authors are eligible to submit an extended version in a fast track of:
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on Creative Technologies
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on AI and Robotics
- EAI Endorsed Transactions on Internet of Things (Scopus)
Authors publishing in EAI Endorsed Transactions journals pay an additional fee of $250 (discounted from $400). The article must be an extended version with at least 30% new content.
