KES-AMSTA-25: Call for Papers

The 19th International KES Conference on Agents and Multiagent Systems (KES-AMSTA-25) invites papers on topics within the scope of agent and multi-agent systems.

All contributions must be original and of high quality.

Conference Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer as book chapters in a volume of the KES Smart Innovation Systems and Technologies series, submitted for indexing in Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) and the Web of Science.

Submission Guidelines

• Papers must be formatted according to Springer's instructions: https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines
• Papers should be approximately 10 pages in length. Extra pages are subject to an additional charge.
• Submissions must be in PDF format for review.
• Authors are required to upload editable word-processor files (LaTeX or MS Word) after the review process.
• Submissions must be submitted through the EasyChair online submission and review system.

Abstracts and Late Papers

Authors may submit an abstract of 1-2 pages for presentation without providing a full or short paper.

Full or short papers submitted too late for the Springer proceedings may also be published under this category.

Abstracts and late papers will be published in the online journal 'Advances in Smart Systems Research (ISSN:2050-8662)', but will NOT be included in the Springer Proceedings.

Submission Conditions

• All submissions must be presented by one of the authors.
• Presenting authors must register for the conference and pay the fee.
• Authors submitting multiple papers must pay a separate fee for each paper.
• By submitting a paper, authors agree to attend the conference, pay the fee, and present the paper if accepted.
• Authors also agree to the KES Terms and Conditions.

Review Process

Papers will be reviewed by expert referees.

Possible review results:

1. Accepted Subject to Change - Revision and re-upload of PDF required.
2. Accepted Awaiting Publication Files - Acceptance without changes; upload publication files.
3. Rejected - Unsuitable for the conference.

Publication Files

When the PDF copy is accepted, authors must upload the following:

• A full set of word-processor files for the camera-ready paper (MS Word or LaTeX), including all image files.
• A PDF copy made from these source files, with all comments removed.
• A scanned completed copy of the Springer 'Publishing Agreement' form.

Completion of these steps and ensuring the status is 'Accepted Publication Files Received' by the deadline is mandatory for inclusion in the proceedings.
